Orders are shipped, with only a few exceptions, within two or three working days of the date they are placed.
Wholesale Medicals will send all items to your home, workplace or anywhere you tell us when you place your order. This service delivers within 5 business days of date of shipment.
Wholesale Medicals calculates Shipping & Handling charges based on the merchandise subtotal.
Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
Wholesale Medicals is committed to ensuring that all of our products and services meet the highest quality standards. If any items are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order.
If you would like to return or exchange any unopened items, we will exchange them for any other size needed or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. While we may be able to refund your purchase price, we will be unable to refund any shipping charges. Please contact our customer service department at (800) 795-6369 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and to discuss the return/exchange. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded.
